Due to the economy and property values diminishing we are starting to see late age baby boomers moving in with their parents. On top of this, young adults have also begun to live with parents longer due to the financial constraints that are accompanied with pursuing a degree. - consider remodeling bedrooms to suite styles to ensure private bathroom experiences.

-  doorways should be wide enough for both wheelchairs and baby strollers. 

- introduce a considerate amount of lighting with variety to provide the best lighting for any situation.

- switch door knobs to pull levels for easier entry and exit.

- pull the shower/tub unit and replace it with a functional walk in shower complete with necessary hand rails and faucet.

- a floating vanity in the bathroom for extra space when using a wheelchair.
